Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it - unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at info@wintour.uk with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the one you have and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the new item separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
